It should be relevant to the category for which it is being nominated

The project should not have been nominated for UiPath Automation Excellence Awards 2021

A list of final contenders for each award category will be created by Zinnov Management Consulting, knowledge partners for the 4th edition of UiPath Automation Excellence Awards, from amongst nominations received against each award category based on the following
All shortlisted entries/nominations against each award category will be presented to the Jury for assessment.
The Jury will decide the winners in each category and their decision will be final and binding.
The selected winners will be announced and awarded in an event (online) involving customers, jury members, partners, and key UiPath executives.
We expect the winners to be announced in mid December 2022. Stay tuned to our website to know the exact dates.
Finance & Accounting processes such as Receivables, Payables, Tax, Budgeting Reconciliations and Billing
HR & Legal processes such as HR Admin, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Contracts, Compliances and Governance areas
Business processes touching external customers such as Customer Service, Processing of Documents, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Building Customer Relationships, Complaints/Repair Related, and Sales/Marketing Related
Business processes in Internal operations such as Procurement, Order-to-Fulfilment, Planning and Inventory Management, other internal projects or services operations
IT operations business processes such as User Account Creation, Network Maintenance & Management, User Access Management, and VM Prep
Specialised Banking or Insurance related processes such as KYC, Loan management, Clearing operations, Claim processing, etc.
Specific industry-focused projects that are not strictly comparable to other common organization processes above, e.g. Drug Discovery Process, Healthcare Patient Process, Manufacturing and Public Service Process of Govt bodies. Processes need to clearly be industry-specific
Pilot Program, Single Robot or first-time Automation projects within a company, regardless of function. Applicable for enterprises debuting their automation program
Automation projects that business users are able to design & implement themselves, sometimes with assistance from automation specialists or a COE within the company
Automation projects that leverage technologies such as AI, ML, Blockchain, IoT, etc. in a significant and impactful way to benefit the company
Automation projects that have had a big impact on managing operations under crisis or severe constraints (such as COVID-19 and Ukraine-Russia Conflict) — of supply chain, human resources, fund flows, customer contact, etc.
Automation projects that are focused on outcomes aligned to enhancement of experience for enterprise stakeholders – customers, employees, partners
Automation projects aligned to organizational sustainability goals including carbon footprint identification, optimization and reporting
Organizations that have been able to deploy Automation across multiple functional areas and setup infrastructure for scaling of Automation programs
Automation projects across functional areas such as Finance & Accounting, HR, Operations, IT or other industry-specific processes implemented by organizations/teams based in Bangladesh
Automation projects across functional areas such as Finance & Accounting, HR, Operations, IT or other industry-specific processes implemented by organizations/teams based in Nepal

Registration and submission
Complete registration by filling out the form and submitting your project with the necessary attachments.
Shortlisting and jury assessment
Independent consultants will shortlist entries that will be sent to the jury panel for evaluation.
Winner announcement
We will announce the winners through a media announcement/virtual event.
NOTE: These guidelines are intended to help you improve your nomination and highlight your project in an honest yet impactful way. However, whether you get an award or not also depends on the quality of other nominations in the same category and of course, the jury’s perspectives from their own rich and varied experience.
Anubhav Rajput is a seasoned technology & digital leader who has led several transformations delivering significant business benefits and technology upscale to enterprises. He specializes in banking and financial services arena and comes with consulting and execution experience. In his current role he is heading the technology & digital functions for PNB Housing Finance Limited.
Dilip, former Secretary General of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), has worked for over 40 years in the development sector across multiple Government Committees and Task forces. He was, also, the founder, Managing Director, and CEO of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). He served as Director General of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturer’s (SIAM) after a stint at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CIÌ). Dilip is a Fellow of the World Academy of Productivity Science and currently advises companies and mentors start-ups.
Moushumee has close to 30 years of leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Operations in the Information Technology space across organizations like SAP and EY. Go to Market initiatives, Customer Focussed Value Selling and Delivery of envisioned outcomes are some of the key hallmarks of her career. New and Disruptive Technologies and the Start-up Ecosystem are of particular interest to Moushumee. She is currently engaged as a Fractional Revenue Officer and Advisor to a few Start-ups in the SaaS space.
Nishant has played many “avataars” across a multitude of leadership roles from running global growth-stage SaaS companies achieving unicorn status (Global Head of Strategy, LinkedIn HQ then MD, LinkedIn-India & SE Asia + Global COO @ Freshworks) to being an entrepreneur (helped co-found Epicenter, India’s 1st voice call-centre), a C-level strategy advisor (McKinsey) & an engineer/product manager (Ariba & Microsoft). He has been recognized as 40- under-40 executive by the likes of Economic Times & Fortune for impact created
Sekhar, as Managing Director, is leading the Intelligent Automation and Intelligent Platforms practice at Accenture. He has worked with multiple Fortune 200 clients across modern application platforms, digital technologies, application development, cloud and infrastructure projects during his 20+ year tenure in the BPO and technology industry. Sekhar has led multiple digital transformation programs of scale together with co-innovation work with UiPath and won the ‘Most innovative BPO partner 2020’ award.
Vijayashree Natarajan has over 22 years of experience in the Technology space primarily in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Banking, Financial, and Insurance domains. She heads the Technology team at Omega defining strategic vision, providing thought leadership, and driving digital transformation for Omega’s clients and accelerating technology adoption within the organization. Vijayashree has leveraged her expertise in Automation, Analytics and Cloud, Product Management, Digital and Product Engineering and Lean methodologies to reap significant milestones for her clients. She has an Executive Program Certification in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business strategy from MIT, Sloan School of Management.
