Meet The Winners Of 2021

It was a privilege to be a part of the UiPath Automation Excellence Awards jury and witness the streamlined selection and evaluation process. Going through the nominations made me realize that whether it was COE-based end-to-end implementations or citizen development programs or ad-hoc projects, automation is getting embedded into organizations and delivering on its promise. The debates around deserving cases and differing points of view converging on final winners was a great learning as well. Congratulations to all the winners and to all the nominees.

It was an exhilarating experience partnering with UiPath in identifying the great innovators in the Automation space. The whole process was transparent and the hours that we spent as the jury to select the winners from the applicants makes me feel that we as a country have powerful stories to share on Cognitive, Intelligent Automation, and the RPA journey. Such recognition enables the discovery of more such innovations and I am happy to learn that this process is now a continuous journey.

It was exciting to go through the list of nominees and their achievements in respective categories and the best part was that each of them, irrespective of the size or location, has a high degree of commitment to automation initiatives. It’s not about the savings that come with the automation projects, but the changes in the people and the process ecosystem that the enterprise automation journey brings forth. Congratulations to all the winners, and thanks to the UiPath team, and fellow jury members, for this enriching experience.

We all know that India has been the technology powerhouse of the world. Soon I expect India to be the automation power center for the world not just as a service provider but a user of automation across the large industrial landscape with some of the most innovative use of the technology. As a jury member of the UiPath Automation Excellence Awards, I came across multiple nominations which reaffirm my faith in the statement above.
